Order Tracking
When tracking becomes available, we provide it in your shipping confirmation or order information. You can follow the shipment using that link or visit Track Your Order .
Carrier systems may need 24–48 hours after shipment to register a parcel or display a new scan. If the status remains unclear, contact our team with your order number so we can help.
Shipping Restrictions

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before paying. Available services depend on whether the address can be served at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe for your selected service, email support@montellecase.com. Include your order number and any useful tracking or damage details.
We will examine the shipment record and, where needed, work with the carrier or fulfillment provider to identify an appropriate next step. Product-return conditions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy .

Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 24, 2026
MontelleCase offers a 90-day return period. A return request must reach us within 90 days after delivery to the address entered at checkout. The delivery record is used to establish when this period begins.
This policy covers eligible phone cases purchased directly from MontelleCase. Please review the conditions below before arranging a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
We consider returns of both defective and non-defective phone cases, provided the relevant conditions are met. To qualify:
- The phone case must be unused and in its original condition.
- Return the phone case with its original packaging.
- Provide proof of purchase or a valid MontelleCase order number.
- Submit your request within 90 days of delivery.
- Obtain return authorization from our team before sending the item back.
An item sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed. Contacting us first helps ensure your parcel can be connected to the correct order and request.
How to Start a Return
Email support@montellecase.com to begin. Include your order number, identify the phone case concerned, and explain the reason for your request.
Our support team will assess the information and confirm the next steps. For an approved return, we provide shipping instructions and confirm the return destination. Please retain those instructions for reference when preparing your parcel.
Your request must be submitted within 90 days of the recorded delivery date. Sending an inquiry after that period does not automatically extend eligibility.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer pays return postage for standard eligible returns, including a change of preference. Follow our instructions when selecting and preparing a return shipment.
If the phone case received is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us for assessment. Once the issue is confirmed and a return approved, MontelleCase covers the applicable return shipping cost. Our team will explain the arrangement before you send the parcel.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Check your phone case when it arrives. If you find damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate promptly.
Send your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photographs or other reasonable details to help identify the problem. After reviewing the information, we will explain the appropriate resolution and any return steps.
This notification request does not remove any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are excluded from standard returns:
- Gift cards
- Items clearly marked as final sale before purchase
Where an exclusion applies, it will be identified on the product page or otherwise disclosed during purchase. Statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Refund Timeline
Inspection and refund processing are completed within 10 calendar days of receiving your authorized return. This period includes inspection and approval; it is not an additional period after approval. Your payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If the refund is still missing more than 15 business days after we confirmed approval, email support@montellecase.com with your order details so we can review its status.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
Eligible phone cases can be exchanged within 90 days of delivery, subject to the same return conditions. Email support@montellecase.com with your order number and the replacement you would like.
After approval, our team will explain how to return the original case and arrange the replacement. Exchanges depend on product and model availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will discuss the available resolution options.

About Us
About Us
MontelleCase brings a considered approach to phone cases for everyday life. We combine refined styling, practical device protection, and straightforward compatibility information to make choosing your next case feel clear from the start.
A smartphone accompanies you through work, travel, messages, photographs, entertainment, and the small tasks that fill a day. We believe its case should fit naturally into those routines, feel comfortable in the hand, and offer a look you enjoy carrying.
Our phone case selection offers a focused choice of styles and finishes, with the device options and relevant product features explained on each listing. It is designed to help customers choose according to their phone and their own preferences.
We want every part of shopping to feel uncomplicated. Product details, purchase conditions, and ways to contact our support team should be easy to find whenever you need them.
MontelleCase currently serves customers in the United States, supported by our fulfillment arrangements and customer service channels.
Our store is operated by QUANTUMEDGE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong.
Our Background
Our approach begins with a practical idea: customers should not have to work through vague model references, inconsistent descriptions, or exaggerated claims simply to choose a phone case.
Before ordering, you should be able to see the case's intended appearance, understand its described characteristics, and identify the device models listed as compatible with that particular option.
That principle guides the way we organize MontelleCase. We use structured product pages, clear model selections, relevant descriptions, and store policies that can be found throughout the customer journey.
Our goal is to give you an orderly way to compare case designs, check the fit information for your device, read about the product, and understand the steps between placing an order and receiving it at your address.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make choosing a phone case feel thoughtful and straightforward, balancing everyday usefulness, contemporary styling, and information that customers can understand.
We aim to offer appealing case choices while describing device compatibility and relevant features in language that helps you decide whether an option meets your needs.
Practical details matter alongside appearance. We focus on presenting the available finishes, construction information, and stated functions without asking customers to rely on unclear promotional wording.
From browsing our collection and selecting a phone model to checkout, order fulfillment, and after-purchase support, we work toward a consistent experience with clear information at each step.
Our Vision
We want MontelleCase to become a trusted place to find phone cases, known for thoughtful presentation, contemporary style, accessible policies, and a shopping experience that feels consistent.
Customers should feel able to explore our selection, understand the compatibility and characteristics described for a case, and see the relevant purchase conditions before deciding to order.
As the store develops, we intend to build on those foundations through responsible product descriptions, dependable communication, and practical improvements informed by the experience of shopping with us.
Our Values
Five principles shape our approach to phone cases and the way we present them: clarity, consistency, everyday functionality, refined design, and transparency.
Clarity
We aim to explain product details, device options, delivery information, and purchase policies in terms that are easy to read and useful when making a choice.
Consistency
Our listings, navigation, customer messages, and support information follow an organized approach so you can find familiar information as you move through the store.
Everyday Functionality
We consider the role a phone case plays in ordinary routines, from handling a device at work to carrying it during travel, commuting, and daily communication.
Refined Design
Our selection brings together contemporary case styles and considered finishes, with attention to how an everyday item looks as well as how it is used.
Transparency
We make business information and key policies accessible so customers can review the conditions for payments, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and support before purchasing.
A Message from Our Team
Our intention for MontelleCase is straightforward: a phone case store should feel organized, easy to explore, and carefully presented while keeping everyday shopping uncomplicated.
We focus on the details that help customers make a decision, including understandable descriptions, consistent product information, and a visible path from selecting a case to receiving an order.
Phones have become part of work, communication, travel, entertainment, and personal organization. The cases we choose to carry with them should be practical, visually considered, and fairly represented before we buy.
Those priorities guide the information you see across our store, from model compatibility and product pages to our purchase policies and customer support details.
Thank you to every customer who considers MontelleCase when choosing a case for their phone.
— The MontelleCase Team
Our Commitment

- Providing identifiable ways to reach customer support
- Explaining shipping, returns, and payment conditions
- Maintaining a consistent journey from choosing a case and completing checkout to fulfillment and communication after purchase
